I have been doing great for the last couple of weeks in terms of my health. I wake up daily at 4 a.m. and after going to the toilet, I go for a 2KM run. This charges me up for the whole day. I don’t count the time taken but it takes effort to run and I am loving it. I have also dramatically increased my half pushups from 25 to 60. Fuckk yeah!! man. I am on my way to make it reach in triple digits very soon. I am doing awesome. I am performing beyond what I thought was possible. I am proud of myself. Navneet loves Navneet.

This week was quite awesome too. I went for a 2KM run almost daily and I enjoyed it. I also woke up at 3 am a few days and this coming week, I will be making this a habit. Running at 3 am in winter that’s Navneet ( the uncommon amongst the uncommon ). I have now increased my pushups from 60 to 75. Yeah!! Boi. I am killing it. They are half pushups and I need to stretch my body a couple of times but I don’t touch my knees to the ground. This is a larger-than-life achievement for me and I am very very proud of myself. For this week my goal will be to touch 90 half pushups. And to make it a habit to wake up at 3 am. Let’s do it. I love Navneet.

I was off for a few days this week due to Diwali. But on the days I wasn’t off, I did wake up at 3 am and go for a run. I have made it a habit to wake up at 3 am what I promised last week and I am proud of that. I also promised myself to touch 90 half pushups and needless to say I crossed it. I did 100 half pushups today. Man, I was fucked up. But I am feeling very proud of myself. I can see some results. But I need more. The chest has developed a bit. I got more veins in my hands and my biceps got bigger. My abs have also developed a bit and I am feeling good about it.

For the coming week, I will be solidifying those 100 half pushups this week as I barely somehow reached that mark. I will keep waking up at 3 am and going for a run. I have run the most 8 km in my entire life and I am looking forward to breaking it. Let’ see.

I wanted to create the right-side photo you see above. It was clicked at my village but due to a sudden travel plan that engulfed this whole week, I couldn’t visit my village. This week I wasn’t that consistent as I was travelling but still I guess I managed the average daily run. I also did 100 half pushups almost daily, I am still struggling to do 100 half pushups. But yeah it’s better than before. It will get even better in this coming week. I also woke up at 3-5 for almost all days.

For this coming week, my goal is to wake up at 3 every day without making any excuses, break my 8KM record of running, and do 100 pushups daily, thus getting my body used to it. I will take fewer breaks between pushups.

This was a great week, indeed. I broke my 8 Km record. I woke up daily at 3 am ( skipped a day cause I was at my cousin’s place ) and did 100 pushups daily. I am very satisfied with myself. Still, I am striving for better. I also did 4 chin-ups ( barely )The only problem I am facing is that I am feeling tired after the exercises, and then I have to sleep.

My goal for his week will be to wake up daily at 3 am. Break my 11 Km running record. Break my 4 chin-ups record. Do 100 half pushups daily with just 3 breaks. Do not sleep in the morning after workouts.
That’s it.

Okay. So, I have stopped doing those half pushups, they were just for my satisfaction. I am proud of myself, and I could do 100 of them just by pushing a bit. I have started doing regular and Hindu pushups. I can do the regular ones 20 and Hindu pushups 15. I can do a single pullup. I know it’s too low and I don’t want to settle for mediocrity. So, my goals for this week will be to

  • Increase normal pushups from 20 to 40
  • Increase pull-ups from 1 to 3
  • Run for 20 Kms on 29th November 2025. My personal highest.

It’s gonna be epic. I am also running my first marathon in Bodhgaya in Feb 2025. It’s 42 Kms, I better prepare.

It’s been a month since I updated my health status. For the past whole month, I went for a run just twice that too averaging 3 Kms. Hell. I am here in a full-time job so, I made an excuse thus I didn’t prioritize it. I have a marathon coming on 16th February 2025, so I better run daily. I have given myself a target of running 10Kms daily from 01st January 2025, I have asked my boss to grant me 2 hours of leisure time, let’s see how it goes. I am way too serious about my health goals and I am enjoying it.

Funny how life works. I wanted to run 10 Km daily and I didn’t even run 10 Km in total in the last 7 days. I have my marathon my the top of my head and I have no idea how will I even run that marathon. The chances are very slim. I have my exam on 15th Feb and my marathon on 16th Feb from 5 am. I will still try my best. I am currently at Motihari working as a librarian, I will continue running from 12th Jan cause I will be there at Bettiah on 11th. Let’s see how it goes.

I am currently at Rewa and I am doing pretty well. I am going for a 5 Km + run daily at 3 am. My gut is also doing awesome. I won’t be able to run the marathon on 16th February 2025 but still I am doing damn good and I am really proud of myself.

No such update. It’s kinda boring now. I go for a run every day for 5km + I have successfully registered for the Lucknow half marathon. I also have got tickets for Lucknow. It’s on 09th March. Let’s see how it goes.
