I was always an average or below-average kid in both studies and sports in my school and college life. I always wanted to be ahead of everyone but I couldn’t as I wasn’t that much interested in studies and I was physically weaker than everyone so, I underperformed in sports also.

There could also be a possible reason that I was/am the youngest of all the students & co-workers I have been with. I was admitted when I was just 2½ years old.

I came or know about LinkedIn via YouTube and ads mainly. For a long time, I wasn’t convinced to install LinkedIn as I thought that I did not need it.

When I first installed LinkedIn I was mind-blown, I saw valuable posts. I saw a network of C-level executives sharing their thoughts and ideas. I saw a whole different ecosystem and it felt overwhelming.

They talked in a language that took me a year to learn/crack. It seemed very unusual as I had only been to social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc.

LinkedIn was completely different from them.

I started to use it properly when I started to hunt for jobs, I was rejected more than 300 times to land my first job at Coursenator.

After that I fled from my house for a couple of months, when I came back I again got jobs like a Blog writer at Digi Acai, a Blog writer at Rangoli, a Content developer at Kubernix & lastly as a COS at Buddy.

I was able to get all these opportunities because of LinkedIn.  All thanks to LinkedIn for that. I also owe my future success to LinkedIn as LinkedIn will be the base of that. LinkedIn is responsible was expanding my horizon onto which I could now think to execute things that seemed impossible once to me.

Moreover, my first relationship which didn’t work out was from someone whom I met with the help of LinkedIn.

Thanks for reading.
