Success it’s a relative term and has a different meaning for everyone. The same applies to me also. When I was a child I thought success meant getting a high-paying job in my case it was being a doctor. I thought being successful meant being a great doctor, earning heaps and bounds of money and then marrying someone, having a family then retiring.

As I progressed in life the meaning of success changed and I will tell you the latest definition of success which is to travel full time. Yeah, that’s it. I am 18 now and If I spend my whole life travelling full-time and working part-time, I will think that my life has been a success. If I earn just enough to fund my travel expenses it would be enough but yes If I want to help more people I have to earn more and that’s a slow process that I will eventually figure out. 

I am at the point in my life where a villa, Mercedes or an iPhone doesn’t excite me. If I need it in the future I will own one but as of now, I don’t like luxury goods.

I already have talked about my long-term goals like helping people and ending world hunger and if I succeed in moving the needle I would treat my life as a success, and it would be a perfect life for me. 

What would be the perfect death for me ?

I watched the movie Into the Wild today and in one word it’s awesome. The best part is that it’s a documentary. After the movie, I researched a bit about the real life hero and needless to say that he truly lived his life. He died at 24 but he truly lived it. His name was Chris McCandless.

I know that he died because of starvation and when they found his body after 2 weeks it only weighed 30 kgs. You know all my life I thought that when I die I should die painlessly but nah!. I want to live my life to the fullest and I would love to die like Chris. I would love to die while travelling, doing an activity. I just don’t want to die on my bed. No chance. 

What does a perfect day look like to me ? 

Let’s get into some details. It’s dawn and I just woke up. I did meditation. After doing my meditation,I went to toilet and did excercise. 

Now it’s around 6-7 in the morning and I am reading a self help or a buisness book.

After I am done with the book I take a shower and head onto the plan to travel that day. 

Well I don’t take regular shower but it was a hot today and my body was stinking so, I did it.

I look into the plan and head to take a public transport to that place, after reaching that place I explore it thoroughly. Not only the touristy places but the real beauty of it beside the tourist attractions.

Wherever I get a chance I am helping any needy people. I have camera in my neck and I am clicking lots of pictures. 

Ah I am feeling tired now, let’s eat something for lunch.

I am looking for a nice place to eat the local cuisine. I am asking recommendation from local people. There is a language barrier between us but I am managing. Someone suggested a nearby place and I am onto it.

I reached the place to see the crowd and I am overwhelmed but I waited for it. 

Waiting….

Yeah, I got the space, I paid, the sum and took the food. 

Mmmm. It’s delicious 😋. Lemme take a picture.

While eating the food, I see a poor boy walking by the road begging. I call him and get him a plate of food. I made him sit beside him and I asked about him and his family.

Alas, he is an orphan. I asked where he lives and he replied that wherever he gets a place, mostly a railway station.

I contacted a nearby NGO and shifted that boy there. I could see a lot of potential in him, he will get proper meals and lots of opportunities to grow there. 

Ohh!! Wait wait. Before you go let me take a picture of yours ( the orphan boy ). I need to remember this memory.

The NGO took the boy and I am at cloud 9, I am feeling nothing less than being God. 

I then explored some more nearby places and took lots of pictures and videos.

Yeah I recently bought an action video camera. it’s really awesome. I bought Insta 360 X3. With the camera I can record everything without moving the camera noone feels that much awkward.

Wait wait… the battery is going low, let me change it with spare batteries. Yeah now it’s good.

I record everything in 4K na that’s why it needs regular battery replacement.

Now the Sun is setting and I need to get back to my hostel before night. 

I take public transport and within an hour I am back to the hostel.

Upon reaching I am greeted by my friends I made in the hostel.

I now plugged in the laptop and I started transferring all the photos and videos I took all day. 

I opened a Google doc file and I started writing about my today’s day.

It took around an hour to write everything now I am adding lots of photos in it. Photos added now will post the blog on my website navneet.life

Blog posted and people are now notified via an email.

Now comes the video part-

The AI has already sorted out the best clips, they just need a bit of finishing before uploading it on YouTube.

Yeah, a bit more of a beat sync and now it’s uploaded.

I really can’t do this video part, I don’t have any expertise. I will hire a video editor who will do it for me soon.

Oh!! Man. All things are sorted and I am good to go.

Are re re… Duolingo sent a notification. If I don’t learn Chinese today, my streak is going to reset.

Let me use Duolingo. It just took a few minutes.

Now let me check the emails I have been ignoring all day. Emails and calendar checked and all the emails are sorted out.

I can’t handle this more, I need to hire a virtual assistant to sort things out for me and even post my social media on by behalf by collaborating with the video editor.

I have four missed calls, let me call all of them.

Mom also called, she must be worrying let me video call her first.

All calls are sorted now, one hour of working on my next big thing that must be kept secret.

It’s around 10 pm.

All work is done now, and I am feeling so tired.

Let me close the laptop and sleep.
